1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the ORAL ORDER following reliefs:

2. The detenu Ambaresha (CTP No.13750) had been convicted in Sp.C.No.98 of 2015 by the Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTSC-II), Bengaluru - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:53264 WP No. 33870 of 2025 HC-KAR Rural District, Bengaluru and sentenced on

19.07.2023 to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life which have been imprisonment shall be from the remainder of the detenu natural life for offences under Section 302, 376 of the IPC and under Section 6 of the POCSO Act taking into consideration the victim was 8 year old girl.
