Having taken note of the submission made by Sri. Satishkumar.K., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Veeresh R Budihal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent as the grievance of the petitioner as to the action taken by the respondent in freezing the Bank account of the petitioner, I am of the view that there is no impediment for the petitioner to approach the competent authority with relevant particulars for redressal of their grievance. In the event, if the petitioner approach the competent authority, - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:53700 WP No. 25404 of 2025 HC-KAR competent authority shall take appropriate action, in the matter, in accordance with law.
