In addition, learned counsel petitioners has also filed a Memorandum stating that he has sent the email on 12.3.2024 to the petitioner No.1 informing that the matter will be coming up for hearing on 5.3.2024, and since there is no response from the petitioners, the learned counsel for the petitioners intends to retire from the case, and a copy of the email sent to the petitioners is also enclosed along with the memo.
