The parties further submit that there is no force, undue influence or coercion in reaching out the terms of the compromise and it is voluntary. Therefore, there is no impediment for this court to accept the - 4 - NC: 2024:KHC:29666 RSA No. 1727 of 2010 compromise petition and dispose of the appeal in terms of the compromise.

A Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.2 Lakhs is furnished by the appellants to the respondents in the name of the respondent No.1 and the same acknowledged in the orders sheet. Hence the following:
