#2. After Negotiations, the parties have arrived at settlement. Accordingly, both the parties have filed a Joint Memo duly signed before the Lok Adalath. The said Joint Memo reads as follows: "The petitioner - KSRTC has agreed to settle the terminal benefits to the respondent - workman till his superannuation considering continuity of service only, the order denying one increment with cumulative effect remains unaltered. He is not entitled to consequential benefits and backwages. The respondent - workman has agreed for the said settlement". 3

#3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of modifying the Award dated 10.02.2023 passed by the District Judge and Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Mysuru in I.I.D. No.3/2020 vide Annexure 'E'. Sd/- JUDGE Sd/- MEMBER RAK 4 FILED BEFORE LOK ADALAT HIGH COURT LEGAL SERVICES COMMITTEE,BENGALURU BEFORE THE HIGH COURT LOK ADALAT WP.
