Sri. Sagar.A.Shetty, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri. Sathvik.M, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the parties to the proceedings intend settle disputes amicably. Petitioner/husband agreed to pay respondent/wife a sum of Rs.12,00,000/- towards full and final settlement of all maintenance claims, arrears and liabilities and respondent HC-KAR - 3 - NC: 2026:KHC:42035 RPFC No. 158 of 2026 CNR: KAHC010414592026 agreed to receive the same. Learned counsel submits that both the parties are filing application to record their compromise and to close the proceedings.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that respondent agreed to receive Rs.12,00,000/- towards permanent alimony and therefore, as per the terms of compromise, the proceedings in this revision petition may be closed.

Joint affidavit given by both the parties is gone through. Having considered the contents of the affidavit, this Court considers desirable to close the proceedings as sought for.

Therefore, proceedings in this revision petition are closed.

The affidavit filed shall form part of record.
