INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner is seeking appointment of Arbitrator in terms of Clause 18 of the Lease Deeds dated 17th April, 2015 (Annexures 'A' and 'B') to adjudicate all the disputes arising between the petitioner and the respondent.

Heard Sri. Sammith S., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Respondent served and remained absent.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and taking into consideration the Clause 18 of the Lease Deeds dated 17th April, 2015 (Annexures 'A' and 'B'), Sri. Kukkaje Ramakrishna Bhat, District Judge (Retired) appointed as an Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:37585 CMP NO.347 OF 2025 HC-KAR

All claims and contentions of the parties are kept open to be decided by the Arbitral Tribunal.
