The memo so filed reads as follows: "The undersigned counsel appearing for the petitioners most respectfully submits that the respondent herein has withdrawn the proceedings in Crl. Misc. No. 311/2023 filed under Sections 18, 19 and 20 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. In view of the - 3 - NC: 2026:KHC:30262 CRL.P No. 6819 of 2023 HC-KAR withdrawal of the said proceedings, the present petition has become infructuous and does not survive for consideration.
