O R D E R In this petition, the grievance is that in respect of the complaint registered against the petitioners, the petitioners have been asked to appear on all dates of hearing and the charge sheet is yet to be filed. Therefore, the prayer is to exempt the petitioners from appearing before the trial Court on all dates of hearing. 4

2. Having thus heard the petitioners' counsel and also Sri.P.Karunakar, learned HCGP, who took notice for the respondent-State, the trial Court is directed to consider the prayer of the petitioners for exemption till filing of the Final Report.

In view of the aforesaid order now passed, the petitioners' absence before the trial Court on the next date of hearing, therefore, be considered in their favour. Sd/- JUDGE KM
