Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is facing severe forms of cruelty and anticipates threat and dangers. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has marked his evidence in the trial Court and it is stated that because of the threat she is unable to lead a peaceful life and in the light of it anticipates threats and prays this Court to direct for speedy disposal of the case.

If the petitioner is facing threat, he could have brought to the notice of the Court the incident that had happened in the year 2023 and the petitioner has come before the Court in the year 2025. In view of the huge pendency in the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:17702 WP No. 13310 of 2025 Family Court, this Court is not inclined to pass any order for speedy disposal. However, if any threat is faced by the petitioner, it can be brought to the notice of the jurisdictional Court and the Court shall pass appropriate orders.
