3. The material on record discloses that the petitioner is none other than the brother of respondent No.1 whose children are respondent Nos.2 and 3. Subsequent to the present writ petition being filed before this Court, the petitioner herein along with respondent Nos.1 to 3 as well as other family members, have entered into a settlement / compromise, which culminated in a compromise decree
09.09.2023 passed O.S.No.1043/2021 during the pendency of the present petition.
