OF THIS PETITION IS COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING: ORDER Petitioners are accused Nos.1 and 3 in Crime No.67/2012 registered by Vishwanathapura Police, Devanahalli Taluk, Bangalore Rural District, for the offence punishable under Section 394 of IPC.
#2. The matter is still under investigation. However, the petitioners were caught red handed and from them, Rs.5,46,000/- is stated to have been recovered.
#3. No doubt, accused No.2 has been enlarged on bail by the trial Court. However, the learned Government Pleader 3 submits that money was recovered from the possession of accused No.1.
#4. Having regard to the gravity of the offence and pendency of investigation, I find that, it is not a fit case for grant of bail.
#5. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioners surrender and make an application seeking regular bail, the trial Court shall dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. Sd/- JUDGE
