The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present petition is for a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.751/2018 as expeditiously as possible.
In view of the fact that the said suit in O.S.No.751/2018 is pending on the file of the III Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC, Udupi, for the last six years, without expressing any opinion on merits / demerits of the rival contentions, I deem it just and appropriate to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the aforesaid suit as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
