During the pendency of the proceedings before the IV Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mysore, in C.C. No.18/2007, the marriage between petitioner Nos.1 & 2 itself ended in divorce, and both of them have filed this joint petition for closer of the C.C.No.18/2007 as the matter is finally settled between them.
