According to the complainant the incident occurred on 07.03.2012 where the complaint was filed on 27.03.2012.

Considering the delay and circumstances, I find that the petitioner could be granted anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed. The petitioner is granted anticipatory bail subject to the following conditions: 1) In the event of his arrest in Crime No. 79/2012 of Turuvekere Police Station, Tumkur District, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of 3 Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. 2) The petitioner shall co-operate with the I.O. for investigation as and when required. 3) The petitioner shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
