2. The memo reads as follows:
MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL The Petitioner had filed the above petition to quash the entire FIR in Crime No.239 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 324 read with Section 34 of IPC and pending on the file of VIII ACMM at Nrupatunga Road, Bengaluru City. It is submitted that the police have completed the investigation in the abovementioned Crime No.239 of 2023 and have laid the charge sheet. It is submitted that the petitioner now intends to challenge the charge - 3 - NC: 2024:KHC:48363 CRL.P No. 3797 of 2024 sheet in C.C.No.14029 of 2024. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon’ble Court may kindly permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the charge sheet, in the interest of justice and equity.
