This Court vide order dated 26.03.2024 had stayed the communication dated 23.01.2024 produced at Annexure-K calling upon the petitioner the dues of - 3 - NC: 2024:KHC:30197 WP No. 9135 of 2024 Rs.16,31,58,725/- towards the Provident Fund and Allied dues assessed under Section 7A of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (for short, 'the Act') for the months from April 2011 to March 2017 vide order dated
15.12.2017 within 15 days, for a period of eight weeks on the premise of the petitioner having moved the Tribunal.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents 1 and 2 submits that the matter has been heard before the Tribunal and is reserved for pronouncement of orders thereof.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that until the orders are pronounced on the said application, the interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 26.03.2024 be extended. Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 has no objection for the same. His submission is taken on record.
