20.4.2012. The memo reads as under: “The undersigned reports the death of sole respondent Rangashetty in the above appeal. The respondent Rangashetty expired on 30.9.2011. Death certificate is enclosed along with this memo”. The date of death of Rangashetty is 30.9.2011. Though Rangashetty was expired on 30.9.2011, till today, no steps have been taken to bring the LRs of deceased Rangashetty. In that view of the matter, this Regular Second Appeal is abated.
