After payment of the compensation amount as agreed in the joint memo, the amount of Rs.5,000/- imposed by the Trial Magistrate, confirmed by the first appellate Court, defrayed towards State stands set aside, in both the cases. If the Revision Petitioners fails to make payment as per the joint memo, the order of the Trial Magistrate stands restored automatically, in both the cases.
