2. Petitioners have sought for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct respondent No.3 to consider the representations at Annexures-E, F, G and H.
3. The case made out by the petitioners is that the final notification under Section 28(4) of the Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Act, 1966 has been passed on 27.02.2023 and proceedings have progressed. However, petitioners have not been paid compensation though they are entitled for the same. Petitioners submit that representations have been made at Annexures-E, F, G and H.
Perused the representations at Annexures-E, F, G and H. Petitioners have sought for disbursal of compensation in terms of the said representations. - 4 - NC: 2026:KHC:13675 WP No. 7241 of 2026 HC-KAR
Sri. H. L. Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel appearing the KIADB submits the said representations at Annexures-E, F, G and H, would be considered and appropriate orders passed in accordance with law and as per the legal entitlement of petitioners within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
