The petitioner's grievance is that though the petitioner has submitted the written arguments, the learned District Judge, has not taken effective steps to dispose of the petition, which has adversely effected him to occupy the subject premises, which in possession of the respondent herein.
A perusal of the order sheet indicated that the petitioner has addressed his arguments, therefore, the learned District Judge is under obligation to dispose of the revision petition at the earliest.
