Learned HCGP who has opposed the petition, does not dispute the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners. 4. Perusal of the material available on record would go to show that in respect of alleged incident that had taken place on 03.01.2025, a case and counter case has been registered by Srirampura Police Station, Chitradurga, in Crime No.4/2025 against Pathaiah and others on the basis of the first information submitted by Rangamma, and Crime No.5/2025 has been registered against Veerabhadrappa and others on the basis of the first information submitted by Veerabhadraiah.
