2. This petition by the 3rd defendant in O.S.No.4701/2023 is directed against the impugned order dated 26.02.2024, whereby the application filed by the petitioner/defendant No.3 under Section 151 was partly allowed by the trial Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the daughter of DW1 has filed a memo - 4 - NC: 2024:KHC:10032 WP No. 7080 of 2024 suggesting the name who would be the Co-ordinator near the witness (DW1) as directed by the trial Court in the impugned order.

5. In view of the aforesaid memo filed on behalf of the petitioner, nothing further survives in the petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

6. The trial Court is directed to proceed further to record the evidence of DW1 by appointing the daughter of DW1 as Co- ordinator in terms of the Rules for Video Conferencing for Courts, and proceed further in accordance with law.
