JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioners are before this Court, seeking the following prayer: "a) Quash charge-sheet in Special. CC No.2793/2025 pending before the C/C Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court- V, Bengaluru City for the offence punishable under section 376(2)(n), 376(3) and 506 of IPC, section 6 of POCSO Act-2006 and section 9,10,11 of Prohibition of child Marriage Act-2006 arising out of Crime No.416/2025 registered by Chandra Layout Police Station vide ANNEXURE A. consequently quash the FIR and Complaint in Crime No.416/2025 dated 13-10-2025 registered by Chandra Layout Police Station vide Ann-B & C. b) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble court deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and equity.

Learned Addl. SPP submits that an application is filed before the concerned Court seeking the discharge of these petitioners from the array of accused and the same is pending consideration.
