This Misc. Cvl., is filed by the learned counsel for the appellants for condonation of delay of 177 days in filing the appeal. We have heard the learned counsel for the appellants. Neither the respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 5 nor their counsel is present. Respodnent No.2 served and unrepresented. The delay of 177 days in filing the appeal has been satisfactorily explained in the affidavit filed along with the application, sufficient cause is shown and the same is accepted.
