THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING: ORDER The grievance of the petitioners in the present petition is that the applications-I.A Nos.1, 2, 6 and 7 filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs in O.S.No.6510/2022 are pending for more than six months and as such, the delay in passing orders on the said application is causing irreparable injury and hardship to the petitioners, who are before this Court by way of present petition.
2. It is brought to my notice that the applications are posted before the trial Court on 04.03.2024. - 3 - NC: 2024:KHC:7576 WP No. 5077 of 2024
3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I deem it just and appropriate to direct the trial Court to pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid applications within a period of 15 days from 04.03.2024.
