2. The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 15.12.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. No.35028/2025 (APMC), whereby the respondents were directed to consider the complainant's application in accordance with law.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the accused has handed over a copy of the endorsement dated 29.05.2026, wherein it is informed to the complainant that her application filed for grant of licence would be verified, upon resubmission of the original application, since the demand draft and documents had been returned to her under the cover of letter dated 06.11.2025. - 4 - NC: 2026:KHC:26168-DB CCC No. 155 of 2026 HC-KAR
