O R D E R H.G.RAMESH, J. (Oral): Learned AGA is directed to take notice for respondent No.1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of by directing respondent no.1 – Assistant Commissioner to consider the petitioner's application dated 27.10.2011 (Annexure-D) in accordance with law.
2. If the aforesaid application dated 27.10.2011 at Annexure-D has not been considered till date, respondent no.1 shall consider the same in accordance - 3 - W.P.No.25301/2012 with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall furnish a copy of this order along with a copy of his application to respondent no.1 for his reference. Petition disposed of. hkh. Sd/- JUDGE
