2. In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for quashing of orders produced at Annexure-J and Annexure-K, passed by the respondent Nos.3 and 1, respectively.

3. Learned High Court Government Pleader appearing respondent-State has raised a preliminary objection contending that the order under challenge has been passed by the Joint Director of Land Records. Since the impugned order is an original order passed by the Joint Director of Land Records, an efficacious alternative remedy of second appeal available to the petitioner under Section 50(c) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964.

4. Upholding the submission of the learned High Court Government Pleader, the writ petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority by filing an second appeal under Section 50 (c) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, for redressal of her grievance. - 5 - NC: 2026:KHC:6464 WP No.1792 of 2026 HC-KAR
