2. The petitioner is the complainant and on his complaint has sprung the offences punishable under Sections 454, 457 and 380 of IPC in Crime No.129/2019, presently is being tried as C.C.No.27301/2019. The petitioner is before the Court seeking early disposal of the said crime.

In light of the prayer being innocuous and the proceedings pending for the last seven years, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose the C.C.No.27301/2019, within eight months from the date of receipt of copy the order, if not earlier.
