JUSTICE D K SINGH) The present intra Court appeal has been filed impugning the judgment and order dated 25.11.2025 passed learned Single Judge W.P.No.33833/2025.

#2. The parties are referred to as per their rankings in the writ petition for the sake of convenience.

#3. The petitioner/respondent No.1 has filed a writ petition praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the Chief Commissioner, Greater Bengaluru Authority, to conduct the proceedings in Appeal No.125/2025 in a time- bound manner. - 4 - NC: 2026:KHC:5743-DB WA No. 100 of 2026 HC-KAR

#4. The learned Single Judge, by the impugned order, has issued a writ of mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 i.e., the Municipal Authorities to conduct the pending appeal filed by the respondent Nos.6 to 9, who are the appellants herein and dispose of the same at the earliest.

#5. It was further observed that if the petitioner has any grievance regarding the electricity and water connection in respect of the property in question, he may appropriate application before the Chief Commissioner, Greater Bengaluru Authority, who will consider the same on merit.

#6. Considering the aforesaid directions, we do not find that anybody can get aggrieved by such a direction wherein only liberty has been granted for making an application before the appropriate authority and the authority has been asked to consider the application. - 5 - NC: 2026:KHC:5743-DB WA No. 100 of 2026 HC-KAR

#7. We, therefore, do not find that the impugned order requires to be challenged in the writ appeal and therefore, we dismiss the writ appeal.

#8. All contentions of the parties are left open to be taken at the time of considering the application, if such an application is filed by the petitioner.
