No.2217/2010 on the file of the City Civil Judge, Bangalore.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order has been recalled by the Executing Court on 16.4.2012. He has filed a memo along with a copy of the order sheet of the Court below dated 16.4.2012. which shows that the impugned order has already been recalled. Hence, this writ petition does not survive for consideration. It is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Cs/ Sd/ JUDGE
