1. The complainant has filed the present contempt petition alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 08.11.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge, whereby Accused Nos.4 and 5 were directed to consider the complainant's representation dated 15.05.2021.

2. The accused have filed an affidavit of compliance, inter alia stating that the representation of the complainant has been considered.

3. The learned Additional Government Advocate has also filed a memo, the relevant portion of which clearly states as under: "9. I further state that in view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Endorsement has been issued by the Special Land Acquisition Officer on

02.12.2024 duly in accordance with law to the representation dated 15.05.2021 submitted by the - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:29075-DB CCC No. 3 of 2025 HC-KAR petitioner respect of Survey No.19 of Tagachaguppe Village, Ramanagara District and the said endorsement has been communicated to the Petitioner on 06.12.2024."
