2. This Court in terms of an order dated 11.11.2019, has dismissed the petition in so far as the petitioner No.1 is concerned.

When this petition was taken up for final disposal, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted a memo wherein, the petitioner has prayed that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this petition and further seeks for a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial.
