Petitioners through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashment of complaint titled ‘Monika Anand Vs. Sidhartha Gandotra and others’ in terms of Section 12 of the J&K Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2010 pending before the Court of learned Sub-Judge/Special Mobile Magistrate, Jammu.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the complaint has been settled between the parties as the respondent/complainant has not pressed the complaint before the trial court. As such, this petition has become infructuous. His statement is taken on record.
