The petitioner through the medium of this application seeks grant of bail in a case registered vide FIR No.459/2019 dated 10.12.2019 at Police Station Nagrota for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 8/21/22/29 of the NDPS Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for a while submits that since he has not approached the Court below for grant of bail, he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a bail application before the Special Court under NDPS Act. His statement is taken on record.
