Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the complaint before the learned trial Court filed in terms of Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 has already been dismissed for non-prosecution by Sub-Registrar, JMIC, Jammu. In terms of the dismissal of the complaint, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
