CHOWHARY, JUDGE ORDER This is an appeal in terms of Section 21 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 directed against order dated 17th February, 2022 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge (Special Judge under Section 11 of NIA Act), Jammu, whereby the respondent has been granted extension of interim bail granted vide order dated 04.01.2022 till 10th March, 2022 with a direction to surrender before the Court on or before 11th March, 2022. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in compliance to the impugned order, the respondent has surrendered before the Court. In view of the aforesaid, this appeal is rendered infructuous.
