CRM(M) 643/2024 During the consideration of the instant petition the learned counsel for the petitioner referred to the application filed by the petitioner herein before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Budgam, invoking Section 124 of the Air Force Act 1950. Before proceeding further in the matter, it is deemed appropriate for the purposes of determination of the instant petition to direct the counsel for the petitioner to produce the original/ scanned record of Court of Enquiry as also the record of Enquiry conducted by Internal Committee under the provisions of the POSH Act in the matter as also further action claimed to have been initiated thereafter, having been referred therein the aforesaid application. List for continuation on 05.11.2024. Meantime, the certified copy of the application supra produced by the counsel for the petitioner is taken on record.
