Pursuant to the last order passed by this Court, the contemnor has filed the statement of facts in which they have shown that they have initiated the proceedings to comply with the order dated 12.07.2024 with specific reference to paragraph-6 of the said order where the contemnors were directed to initiate the acquisition proceedings which as per the report annexed to the statement of facts reveals that such proceedings already been initiated and that the indent has been prepared and sent to the indenting department for further action.
Under the circumstances, nothing survives in the instant contempt petition and the same stands disposed of. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any undue delay in the acquisition proceedings, he shall be at liberty to resort to such other measures as available to him under law.
