ORDER 23.03.2022 Nobody has been appearing in this petition for quite some time. Through the medium of the instant petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 15.12.2017, passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srinagar, granting maintenance in favour of the respondent. The said order came to be challenged before the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Srinagar, by way of criminal revision petition and the same was rejected by the said court. The instant petition which has been filed under Section 561-A Cr.P.C, in effect is a second revision against the order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srinagar on 15.12.2017. Section 435 (3) of the J&K CrPC bars filing of second revision petition, if the earlier one has been rejected either by the Court of Sessions or by the High Court. In view of the above, instant petition is found to be not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed. (Sanjay Dhar) Judge SRINAGAR 23.03.2022 Showkat
