JUSTICE MOKSHA KHAJURIA KAZMI, JUDGE ORDER 17.04.2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the detenue was detained the J&K Public Safety Act, 1978 terms of Order No. 06/DMA/PSA/DET/2022 dated 07.04.2022 for a period of one year, which has already expired, therefore, this petition has become infructuous. Since the detention Order whereby the detenue has been put to preventive detention has outlived its life and as such, this petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
