O R D E R 02.08.2024 The present appeal has been preferred by the appellants against the order dated 29th December 2023 passed by the learned trial court, whereby the application for grant of bail moved by the appellants was dismissed. This Court has been informed that out of 12 witnesses, all 12 have been examined for prosecution. The case is presently at the stage of statement of the accused under Section 342 CrPC (as applicable in the Union Territory of J&K) and the final arguments. Under the circumstances, without entering into the merits of the appeal, the same is disposed of with the consent of learned counsel for the appellants, with a request to the learned trial court to conclude this case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of this order.
