#2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. Apprehending their arrest, the applicants have moved this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Dhanbad Mahila P.S. Case No.42 of 2022, for the offence under Sections 498A/ 379/ 504/ 506/34 of IPC and Sections 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

#3. Innocence have been claimed and undertaking have been given for co- operation with the investigating agency and participation in the trial. It has been submitted that the applicants are in-laws of the victim. It has been further submitted that the husband has already been granted bail. These applicants have responded to the notice issued under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. On above basis, prayer for anticipatory bail has been made.

#5. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the above facts, I am inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the applicants. Accordingly, the above named applicants are directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of this order and in the event of their arrest or surrender, the Court below shall enlarge the above named applicants, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Dhanbad Mahila P.S. Case No.42 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

#6. Further, the applicants will submit self-attested copy of their Aadhar Card and also give their mobile number before the learned court below, which they will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court. Shahid (Rajesh Kumar, J.)
