CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE DR. S. N. PATHAK For Petitioner For Respondents ------ : Mr. Rahul Kumar, Advocate : Md. Asghar, AC to Sr. SC-II ------ 04/ 22.07.2024 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with a liberty to raise his grievances before the appropriate forum at appropriate stage. If such grievances are raised the respondents are free to consider the same in accordance with law taking into account the provisions of Right of Children to Free & Compulsory Education Act, 2009.
