JUSTICE RAJESH SHANKAR For the Petitioner For the Respondents ----- : Mr. Vikash Kumar, Advocate : Mr. Ashutosh Anand, AAG-III ----- Order No. 02 Dated: 05.01.2023 The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondents restraining them from disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the land appertaining to Khata No. 1, Plot No. 911, measuring an area of the 3 decimals of Mouza-Buddha, Thana No. 48, District-Dhanbad, as they are illegally claiming the same to be the acquired land without considering the fact that the aforesaid land is the raiyati land of the petitioner and he has been in peaceful possession of the same since long. Mr. Vikash Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, after some argument, prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to represent the concerned authority of the Government for redressal of his grievance. Considering the said prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. Manish (Rajesh Shankar, J.)
