Since the issues in all these writ applications are similar, the same are The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that the respondents have not promoted the petitioners in grade-IV scale though similarly situated Assistant Teachers having the qualification of Graduation in Science and Arts are being considered and promoted on the higher Grade-IV but the respondents have adopted a discriminatory stand against the petitioners. 4. petitioners are Commerce Graduates. 5. The reasons for such discrimination appears to be the fact that all the writ At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted at the bar a copy of the Resolution as contained in Memo No. 1121 dated 10.8.2023 while submitting that the Commerce Graduates have also been included in the said Resolution and are being considered in the Social Science Stream. Infact, the Resolution issued by the concerned respondents dated 10.08.2023 have redressed the grievance of the petitioners. 6. In view of the above, all these writ applications stand disposed of with a direction to the Principal Secretary, Department of School Education & Literacy, Govt. of Jharkhand, Project Building, Dhurwa, P.O. P.S. Dhurwa, District-Ranchi to consider the individual case of the petitioners for being promoted to Grade-IV Scale in terms of Resolution as contained in Memo No. 1121 dated 10.8.2023. 7. weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
