Chatterjee, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri Suchendra Prasad, learned Additional PP. Petitioner implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Vikash Kumar Singh. There is no direct evidence against him. Antecedent report at flag-R shows that petitioner has no criminal history. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I allow this anticipatory bail application and direct the petitioner to surrender in the court below on or before 25th of September 2013 and in the event of his surrender, the learned court below is directed to enlarge him on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 837 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 4258 of 2012, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. Binit (Prashant Kumar, J.)
