This petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to opposite party no.2 in connection with Pathargama P.S. Case No.80/2018, corresponding to G.R. Case No.866/2018, pending in the court of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda. The learned Sessions Judge has power to cancel the bail under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. In view of this fact, this petition is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Sessions Judge by way of filing petition under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C.
