The petition has been filed seeking a direction for early disposal of the partition suit being Title Partition Suit No. 23 of 2003/ Original Suit No. 994 of 2020 which is being pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Dhanbad for the last 20 years. 2. This matter was heard on 9th August, 2024. The Court has called for a report from the Principal District and Sessions Judge. The report has been received, therefrom it appears from the status of the recordthat the next date of hearing is fixed on 26.09.2024 for appearance of substituted defendants. 3. It has further been reported that appearance of defendants since has not been completed and as such the issue has not been framed. This Court, considering the same, is of the view that a specific timeframe cannot be given, however, since the suit is of the year 2003 and as such the instant petition is disposed with a direction upon the learned trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment.
